How much do your products cost?
All our products are clearly marked with the current selling price.
Any discounts will be applied and shown at each stage of the order process.
How much is Postage and Packing?
Post and Packaging is charged per item and the costs are clearly laid out on out "Delivery" page.
How much is Postage to Europe/another destination?
All delivery prices are clearly laid out on out "Delivery" page.
I have been over charged.
Contact us and we will investigate. We will refund where necessary.

How are products sent?
All products are sent First Class Royal Mail. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
Can I have a different billing and delivery address?
Yes. You can specify a different despatch address at "checkout"
When will my product arrive?
Please use the estimated despatch date as your guide.
You can track your order online by logging in to your account and looking at your "Order History".
I haven′t received my order.
Please allow for 7 working days once your order has been dispatched before contacting us about a missing order.
We would also suggest that you check your local sorting office as even if a delivery slip has not been left as your order may be there.

What if there is a problem with my order?
Please email info@calendarwizard.co.uk or call 0870 850 3792 as soon as you notice the problem.
We will deal with issues on a case by case basis.
What if there is a mistake with my personalisation?
We do not edit any information entered online.
If there is a spelling mistake we will look at the original order.
If you have made the mistake then we can reprint it for 50¢ of the original retail price excluding any discounts.
If the error is our mistake then we will reprint your book free of charge.
I′ve just ordered and think there′s an error with my order, can I amend the personalisation details?
Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem and as long as your order hasn′t been printed we should be able to amend your order.
I have received my order but there is a print error.
Contact us and we will investigate.
Please send the order with an error to our returns address and once we have received it we can reorder your product.
