How much do your products cost?
All our products are clearly marked with the current selling price.
Any discounts will be applied and shown in the shopping basket.

All delivery prices will be calculated in the shopping basket once the delivery address has been selected.

How are products sent?
All products are sent First Class Royal Mail. To check the status of your order please login to your account and go to 'My Order History'
When will my product arrive?
Please use the estimated despatch date as your guide. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery from the date of despatch.
You can track your order online by logging in to your account and looking at "My Order History".
I had an estimated despatch date but it has not been despatched
We aim to despatch all products within 3 working days however as each product is personalised for you at busy times it may take a bit longer. Please allow 3 working days from your estimated despatch before contacting us.
Can I have a different billing and delivery address?
Yes. You can specify a different despatch address in your shopping basket when you checkout.
I haven′t received my order.
Please allow 7 working days once your order has been dispatched before contacting us about a missing order.
We would also suggest that you check your local sorting office as even if a delivery slip has not been left, your order may be there.
What if there is a problem with my order?

We will deal with issues on a case by case basis.
What if there is a mistake with my personalisation?
We do not edit any information entered online.
If there is a spelling mistake we will look at the original order.
If you have made the mistake then we can reprint it for you at half of the original retail price excluding any discounts.
If the error is our mistake then we will reprint your book free of charge.
I′ve just ordered and think there′s an error with my order, can I amend the personalisation details?
You can not edit your order once it has been submitted. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem and as long as your order hasn′t been printed we should be able to amend your order.
